NEPO Systems provides premium hosting, support and module development for SugarCRM, the leading open source CRM and PaaS company in the market. Supporting commercial and Federal clients across the US and Canada, NEPO Systems helps our customers with strategic Sugar consultation, implementation and maintenance that is aligned with the unique requirements and business objectives of each of our clients. We deliver high-quality, integrated solutions for traditional Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation and Customer Support, as well as a variety of custom solutions utilizing the powerful SugarCRM framework.

Responsibilities:

• Development of new modules and connectors for the SugarCRM application
• Work with clients on new product and customization enhancements
• Capture, define and manage product / project requirements
• Produce high-quality, scalable, and high-performance software
• Think creatively and strategically to build innovative solutions

Qualifications:

• Experience writing highly-scalable web-based applications
• Extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming, algorithms and best coding practices, preferably in PHP
• Enjoy working in small development environments requiring self-direction and motivation
• Requires the ability to adapt to evolving and ever-changing requirements
• Must have an obsessive focus on attention to detail
• You will need to be a self-starter who will thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Technical qualifications:

• Solid understanding or RDBMS systems as well as non-relational stores
• Experience in using AJAX to develop high performance rich user interfaces
• Knowledge of cross-browser (Firefox vs. Internet Explorer) issues such as JavaScript differences
• Development experience with PHP is most desired, however experience with interactive web application will do as long as you are willing to learn and program in PHP
• Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced collaborative environment
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, flexibility, and commitment to deadline
• Experience with Agile development
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent
