NEPO Systems launched in October 2008 to help bring enterprise business solutions to the small and medium sized business and Federal marketplace. Our goal is to drive solutions that provide real value for organizations by helping them deploy software that can truly impact their business. By leveraging the powerful Open Source Software community, we have an opportunity to take advantage of enterprise-class software systems without incurring the expense and costly overhead that traditionally comes with commercial software development. Rather, our focus is on allowing our customers to spend their time and money on extending these platforms to drive value that is more closely aligned with their unique business objectives.
NEPO was founded on three principals: 1Open Source is NOW - We have been involved in the open source movement for many years and have helped customers of all sizes benefit from the inherent value that stems from this vast and ever-growing community. Whether it's access to global resources, flexibility to change or being a benefactor to the passionate, like-minded, talented and committed developers from around the world, NEPO has recognized, and will continue to leverage this important shift in software development and deployment. 2Business Requirements Should Drive the Solution - We believe that most small to mid-sized companies have become too comfortable just accepting the products that software companies throw at them, regardless of the relevancy of features and function to their respective businesses. NEPO is looking to change that by concentrating on the core requirements of each of our customers that, through the the appropriate deployment of open source software, can fundamentally affect the efficiencies of their business.
