How to Enter:
1. Create an Instagram Reel or TikTok video that responds to one of these three themes:
- 鈴 Save Time in the Kitchen
- 馃捀 Save Money in the Kitchen
- 馃崕 Save Food in the Kitchen
Don’t stress about perfection鈥攋ust grab your phone and share your best tips, hacks, or advice on these #StopWasting themes.
馃挕 Remember, we鈥檒l have three prizes for each theme, so feel free to explore and submit videos for one or all three themes. The more authentic your video(s) are, the better!

2. Make sure it鈥檚 a valid entry
Make sure to tag @samsungfoodofficial and use the hashtag #StopWastingChallenge in your post.

3. Share it on social media!
Make sure your post(s) are public so we can see it! Winners will be announced on our social media accounts at the end of the competition (September 8, 2024), not each week.

What You Need to Know:
- Only participants from the US and UK will be considered.
- 1st ($500), 2nd ($250), and 3rd ($100) each week. Prizes will be awarded as a voucher for Amazon or a similar retailer. They鈥檒l be $500/拢500, $250/拢250, or $150/拢150 depending on the winner鈥檚 location.*
